When designing The Julia I intended it to look and feel like a luxurious hotel. I wanted the design and elegance to sweep you away on a never ending vacation to a beautiful, far away land. Now imagine this could be yours...excitement and ease, sexy and comfortable… brought together in one beautiful space that you can call home. Your first and everlasting thought will be “wow”.

Creating a simple, elegant and open floor plan allows the home owner to add their most precious pieces of furniture and art, whether modern or traditional style. I want the quality of the space to speak for itself.

The lower façade of the building is a large artist's canvas along with green gardens and organic natural elements which create a serene, enchanted sanctuary. I have had the honor to work with many of Saint Petersburg most talented artists to display their work and strengthen community bonds.
